Just because I didn’t want to have any bruises left on my skin I had to use an oily cream on my skin to slide through my face without stopping in one place. It turns red right away But it didn’t bruise. I intend to use twice a week for sometime to see if it works. I will leave an additional comment with the results

So far so good! Works as others have described. Better suction than a previous product I bought (without water). First use, I had a bath and applied a warm towel to my face for about 5 minutes. Washed with this machine – I put a squirt of my face cleanser in with the clean water side, and this is what it looks like: (see photo). The dirty (left) side is definitely more cloudy, even after I let it settle for 5-10 minutes. My face is RED, BUT maybe feels smoother. As per previous machines, don't hold it in one spot for very long. Keep moving, and don't go over one spot more than 3 times. Finish with toner/serum and moisturizer.
